An ignominious end to the once renowned QUEENS ELM, the former haunt of writers and artists and one of the half dozen London Courage pubs that retained its handpumps during the keg revolution of the early '70s, was listed in the first Real Beer in London in 1974 and which helped inspire the formation of CAMRA West London branch
