Historic Interest

Dating back to 1860, acquired by Threlfalls. Described in 1980 as a basic three room local selling Whitbread Special Cask Bitter by handpump. Closed in 2013. Tastefully refurbished and reopened in December 2014 with a central bar serving two rooms decorated with photographs of the local area. Pub closed 22 April 2018 and converted to residential use.
