Conveniently located near Meols Station, the Railway is a very large Hungry Horse pub primarily aimed at the food trade while also catering to sports lovers by hosting regular events. Divided into two halves, it gives the ability to cater for both requirements, without impacting the diners. There are large numbers of booths some with TV's which helps make this pub a good location to take the family.

Historic Interest

Opened on 1 December 1938 by Birkenhead Brewery to replace the old Railway Inn which stood in front of it. In the 1980s it sold Whitbread beers.
