Now owned and renamed by Green Jack Brewery and located very close to the brewery and 60 metres from Lowestoft Town Football Club. The refurbishment of this pub was completed in October 2025 with the main bar serving a front lounge with bench seating and a back room with the pub's kitchen to the side. There is a garden at the rear which has access to the brewery. Open Thu-Sun initially with food available on these days.
