Formerly Station Hotel and before that Railway Hotel, this pub has a Blue Plaque: the upstairs room was used to hold the inquest into the deaths of the victims of the infamous 'Featherstone Massacre' of 1893. Today it's more of a sports bar but has reverted from Last Orders to the Railway.
