A large and comfortable lounge combined with a more basic public bar with a skittle alley which has a large railway mural on its wall. Good value food at lunchtimes, a varied clientele in the early evening then popular with youngsters later on. It has a pleasant beer garden and is close to the railway station for those who arrive a little too early for their train or for those thirsty on arrival! Also serves breakfast from 9am.
