An L-shaped split level pub, it has two pool tables on the raised area. The stained glass windows on the entrance door depict when the pub was called the Railway, not surprising as the premises are right next to Pencoed station. The pub has pool and football teams. It can be crowded on Friday and Saturday nights. In the main a wet led pub. Entertainment from live bands or Karaoke. beer garden at the rear
