A busy place in the heart of the town centre, probably the oldest surviving pub in Ramsgate. It has a mixed lunchtime clientele, while at weekend evenings it is predominantly younger people, especially for live music. There are numerous TVs for those who are sports-minded and a pool table in the rear. Three excellent well-kept beers from Gadds’ Ramsgate Brewery are available on handpump. The pub has very recently been renovated giving a fresh feel to an old pub.
