This Pub is Closed Long Term

Named from the privately-run railway whose terminus is opposite, The Caledonian features a large bar and eating area. The extensive use of wood creates a warm and inviting appearance. Scottish and local regular ales always available. The full range of MòR bottled beers was once offered. St. Mungo's lager on keg. Live folk music on the last Friday of the month is popular. Regular venue for the local rotary club.

Sadly Steve has announced that the Caledonian will be closing down after Sunday 26th January 2025 owing to ever increasing costs.
