Hotel with bar open to the public.

A family-run hotel at the southern end of the town, built in 1814 and retaining many of the original features. Now with 25 bedrooms, restaurant and function suite. One or two guest real ales, served from two handpulls, are regularly available in the well-furnished lounge bar.

The hotel's Facebook page does not appear to be recently uodated.

Historic Interest

Dating from 1890. C Listed. Built on the site of the former Eagle Inn and the Fishmarket.
