This Pub is Permanently Closed
This is a friendly, comfortable local pub in a residential area, which has been described as a village pub within a town. It has a single bar with railway memorabilia, much of it relating to the Great Western Railway who built the nearby station. It has a pool table, dart board and also one of the longest skittle alleys in the area. The pub also has BT Sport and shows many live sporting events.
The pub has recently been acquired by Alison, Eddy and Family who are hoping to create a warm and friendly atmosphere with good cask and keg beers and great food, whilst maintaining the feel of this traditional railway pub. There is a rotating choice of real ale from Wadworths plus one guest from a limited range offered by the brewery such as St Austell Trelawny.
