Being close to Somerset cricket ground, this pub is a favourite haunt of cricket fans. Wooden floored, there are two bar areas with open fires, a downstairs eating area, upstairs restaurant and large outside courtyard.

Usually five cask beers from Otter, Fuller's, On the Level and New Bristol Breweries and you may find some interesting keg beers if this is your preference.

Excellent locally produced food and booking is recommended. Sporting events are shown on a TV in the bar area.

This pub is now table service only and cash free.

N.B. Although opening hours state Closed Monday it does open if County Cricket being played.
