Busy and welcoming canal side pub, popular with boat users during the summer. A small restricted area of the bar is dog-friendly. The multi-level lounge is mostly used for dining. Pedigree plus up to two guest ales from the Marston's portfolio or SIBA are offered. The garden features a raised beer terrace and separate children's play area. Meal deals are offered on most days of the week. Weekly quiz on Thursday nights, and occasional live music. Overnight camping stays in the carpark as part of the Brit Stop scheme. Booking essential. Monday is cheap cask ale day @ £2.70 a pint.
