As the Hop this was Swindon’s first micropub and began the real ale revival in Devizes Road. Now known as the Pulpit it is run by local brewery Broadtown.

This small, quirky pub has five hand pumps with two Broadtown beers and 3 changing guests.

Historic Interest

This former sex shop was the original Hop Inn from 2012 to early 2019 when it became the Little Hop.

In April 2025 the Little Hop became the Pulpit.
