This Pub is Permanently Closed
Traditional local a short walk away from the centre of Marlborough. Split up into different rooms/bars including a Pool and Darts room to the right of the front door. There is a list of landlords going back to 1782 and a wide selection of electronic games machines through-out the pub together with boxing memorabilia around the bar. Live music at weekends. There is a meat draw on Sunday plus other raffles. BT Sports is shown in one of the bars on a large screen. There is no food.
Historic Interest
It was the Kings Head between 1782 and 1822. Between 1822 and 1838 it was Queen Caroline and has been the Queens Head since then.
