An extended 16th century inn. The Red lion at Axford is a long established gourmet food pub with a special focus on fresh high quality fish. All ingredients on the menu are locally sourced from nearby Marlborough. A brown tourist sign on the A4 makes the pub easy to locate. Although the owner would like to have real ale available all year round low demand means that often only bottled beer is available.
