This Pub is Permanently Closed
A remote rural pub that was once Ozzy Osborne's local, he lived a few yards down the road. Black Sabbath once played an impromptu gig as support to a local group! It held its own music festivals before closure. Apparently purchased by a member of the family of the founder of Phones 4 U. A planning application for conversion to three houses was submitted soon after closure, in June 2017 a further application was submitted for conversion of part of the property into 2 dwellings. In 2018 owned by David Gough Investments LLP
