The Hive is a a small family-run independent Café-Bar that opened in Hesketh Bank in August 2023, focused on sourcing food and drink from local suppliers and breweries, along with a regular offering of live music.

Three handpumps showcase an ever-changing selection of cask ales sourced from the region, with plenty of other drinks available. A full menu is available during the shown hours with roast dinner available in addition on Sundays.
