Large, open-plan pub with a conservatory attached. Situated on a busy main road, it is popular with football supporters, and is the place to go whether it is Premiership football or for the odd occasion when Southport F.C. are featured on the Premier Sports channel featuring Football Conference matches. The Mount is the home of the aptly-named MPs quiz team in the Merseyside Quiz League.
