A public house since the mid 18th century, this family-run multi-roomed hotel sits at the top of Haworths famous Main Street. The traditional Yorkshire-stone building has seen much expansion and modernization but still retains an olde worlde feel. Two comfortable bar areas offer at least one 'blonde' beer as well as beer from local brewery Goose Eye. Traditional home-cooked food is served in the bars and a full A La Carte menu is available in the Gimmerton restaurant. The 4-star accommodation is comprised of 14 en-suite bedrooms. Popular with locals and tourists alike the Old White Lion offers good service and a convenient place to sleep, drink and eat in the heart of Bronte country.
