Renamed under new ownership in October 2025 (formerly the Quiet Man). Town centre, grade II-listed pub opened in July 2013 - still related to its next door neighbour, the Hertford House Hotel. Pizzas are served Monday to Sunday from 4pm to 9pm. There is a regular pianist most Fridays and Saturday evenings encouraging sing-songs with songs for all ages. Look out for occasional weekend music events. TV sport on multi-screens showing live football and rugby. Plenty of outside drinking on the square to the front and some to the rear. Note: Telephone no. is the same as the Hertford House Hotel.
