This Pub is Closed Long Term

Run by the same family since 1962. A friendly community, perfectlly preserved two bar pub built in 1822. Several picture of bygone days in the village adorn the walls of the lounge. There are ladies and gents dart teams and two domino teams. Situated by the common it is popular with dog walkers and cyclists and the patio features award winning floral displays. The small entrance lobby includes a small hatch for off-sales. CLOSED IN NOVEMBER 2013 and has since had alterations to the ground floor to convert to residential still occupied by the licensees who closed it.l
