A conversion to a public house which opened in early April 2018, set within a historic Georgian terrace slightly set back from the street, a former office for the CSEU and next door to what was once the headquarters of the Labour Party. Conservatively (no pun intended!) decorated and furnished around 3 sides of the bar. Bare-boarded, with walls a mix of bare brick and wallpaper. There are several old fireplaces open to view. There are toilets downstairs and perhaps better appointed rest rooms up two flights of stairs, investigate both to look for the differences. 4 handpumps.
