This is a traditional pub which has been recently refurbished to provide a restaurant and separate bar. The bar retains many of the original features such as wooden panelling and fireplaces complemented by new soft furnishings and comfortable sofas. There is a pair of hand pumps but unfortunately no real ale available at the moment. The restaurant offers a broad selection including traditional Sunday lunches, burgers, steaks, pizza and pasta dishes. All the food is made on the premises and is of an exceptionally high standard.
