This Pub is Permanently Closed

Small mid-terraced pub that is quite simply a local boozer. Situated 5 minutes walk from town centre, Friendly locals who always make you feel welcome populate the pub. It is three terraced houses that have been knocked into one with plenty of wooden seating & tables. The walls are adorned with pictures of old Rugby. There are no foody smells to distract from the beer. Bus route. Planning application R24/0275 for partial demolition (at ground floor rear), external alterations and conversion of ground floor from public house to 2 x Class E units with parking granted on 12th July 2024. Free hold for sale April 2026.
