In September 2017 the Dorking Brewery started moving production to these brand new premises using new equipment. By December 2017 the move was completed and a 20 barrel brew kit is used for a wide variety of beers. The Tap & Gun is a small but comfortable tap room which can to be found on site in a former gun shop although there are also tables in the courtyard outside the brewery shed. The times given are for the Tap & Gun, but beer is available at other times when the brewery is open.
