Closed at this location during June 2023 and reopened in larger premises nearby in the old library, Sandon Rd.

Previous description

A new pub (2018) in an area that once had three thriving pubs, all lost in time. Community focussed, decorated with items and pictures reminiscent of years gone by. A large room, with a substantial bar and furniture, both small and tall tables and chairs, that can be arranged to suit the occasion. Up to three real ales and up to 18 ciders.

Weekend entertainments can be comedy or live music, for example.
