This Hotel is Closed Long Term

This is a hotel, which means that the bar is only open to residents.

The pub was part of a 36 room motel, a short distance off the A500/A50. It was poular on match days being close to the new Stoke City ground.

It closed in 2018 and was put up for sale by the owners at a reported £1.2million (November 2019 data). As of April 2021, it is still closed and the leasehold on the market for £850k. The agent states "The current lease has a term of 123 years remaining at a passing rent of £12,350 per annum".
