This Pub is Permanently Closed
Built in the 1930s to replace an earlier pub of the same name (Boy's Head) on what was once a Saxon burial site. Large bar and separate lounge. After a period of closure, it reopened as the Boro Bar on 19th April 2011, with emphasis on live football, karaoke, comedy nights and live music. Pool and darts played. It is now permanently closed and is a Tesco Express.
