Re-opened June 2025 after being purchased and refurbished by five local villagers. This stone-built listed two-roomed pub is set back from the main road on a tight bend in this small border village. It is claimed to have a ghost and a Civil War tunnel from the local church to the pub cellar. The main wooden-floored bar straddles two former rooms, whilst to the left is a separate restaurant area, with all the interior walls also made of exposed stone. There is a car park to the rear, although there is also ample parking to the front next to the small green.
This Pub serves no changing beers and 3 regular beers.
