Two-storey, family-friendly town-centre Wetherspoon, with a spacious downstairs bar and a mixture of tables and booths that are always busy, but there is a quieter bar upstairs as well as limited seating out front on warmer days. Three regular and three guest ales, usually from regional or national breweries are available together with a varied selection of foreign bottled beers and ciders. Value-for-money pub food, coffee and tea are served all day.
