Former Watney Truman pub slightly to the north of the village centre. Two bars plus restaurant area. Pub food Tuesday to Sunday, with Sunday roast lunch particularly popular. Usually one ale, more reports and photos welcome. Large rear garden popular in summer leads to a petanque court. The pub and the road it is on were used in the feature length Dad's Army filmed at nearby Shepperton Studios.
