This Pub is Permanently Closed

Closed c.2002, permanently. Converted to residential use. It would appear the ground floor has now become a restaurant called Jack and Lulu's geared towards kids. Hardly the replacement "pub" that was promised when planning permission was granted for the conversion of the pub for residential use. Such is the weakness of the planning system. In 2008 the restaurant was converted to a personal trainer lifestyle centre (gym).
