New Whitbread pub opened in late 1994 at base of University of North London students' accommodation block. Ale house theme with a large single island bar, bareboards, alcove seating and a large standing area. Open all permitted hours.

Later became music bar reopened by the Highbury Pub Company following change of tenant in Dec 2019.
