A popular sports bar tucked into a row of shops in the busy central area of Maindee. It has a longish interior where you could buy a decent pint of Marston's Pedigree back in the day, sadly now no longer. Handy for those who like a flutter as its neighbour is a betting shop. It became O'Connor's in September 2022 in memory of Ryan O'Connor, a young man tragically murdered in June 2021. The theme of the bar celebrates his life and his local connections to bring a positive outcome to his loss.
