Reopened in April 2022, this pub had had an ACV granted on the property. The local community worked to purchase the pub and, although it was sold privately, the ACV and the local campaign to save it were certainly testament to its viability as a pub.

Friendly local, 2 local/regional ales usually available. Home cooked food with meat in particular being sourced locally. Host to teams for darts, pool and skittles.
