Built in 1937 close to the original Halfway House, this large canal side pub near Widewater Lock benefits from a huge garden. Refurbished in 2015, the pub now has a restaurant with an open kitchen with Fire Ovens in the middle and specializes in Artisan Pizzas.

Reopened after six months closure in May 2019 and had another refurbishment and change of management in December 2021. Two Hand Pumps but no real ale.
