Historic Interest
The site was purchased by a developer in July 2011 for £500k, yet nothing happened. In June 2013 Manchester City Council were becoming increasingly concerned with the state of the place. Standing empty and looking very shabby, the future was surely demolition. In 1949 it became a Wilsons Brewery house following merger with Walker & Homfray's Brewery, originally was a Manchester Brewery Co house.
