Converted 14/12/2022 to restaurant (Class E). Closed 6/4/2019. Converted to an old American West themed restaurant called Howdy! Part of a Yorkshire chain. Planning application - 129778/FO/2021 | Conversion of former public house building to restaurant (Class E) - Granted 7/1/2022.

History: estate-style house built c.1970 for the Bass estate. Prior to closure this was a very long-time keg boozer set on a street corner. At one time this was styled as the Mad Hatter.
