History: Re-opened late 2011 as Dimitri's, at that time cask Dunham Massey Big Tree Bitter was dropped. Before that was the Fat Loaf, this closed 25/6/2011. Bagan as a former restaurant on Didsbury Green, converted to pub-use in late 2008. It occupied a Grade ll listed building and is one of the area's great character buildings being amongst the oldest in the original centre of Didsbury. They also had three or four Dunham beers in bottles, listed on a blackboard on the wall of the bar area, and four bottled Marble beers, listed on another blackboard on a pillar facing the bar.

Planning Application 085843/FO/2008/S2 | Refurbishment work involving removal of mock shutters, door replacement, gable / chimney enlargement, re-painting , part re-roofing, removal of kitchen, internal stair and walls, creation of disabled w.c. and glazing over hole in floor to cellar. Granted 2/7/2008.
