This Pub is Permanently Closed

Demolished 1/6/1979, site is now road scheme. Closed 1/6/1979. History: Former large and prominent street-corner Boddington's house. Present day location is now north side of roundabout. Research has found that the pub closed prior to Oct 1979 and found closed a couple of months previously.
