This Pub is Permanently Closed

Demolished 1/6/1997, site is now a motor dealership. Closed 1/6/1997. History: Former very large, well-appointed corner Threlfalls latterly Whitbread house. Opening Times magazine July 1997 reported closed 'last month' and demolition was imminent.
