This Pub is Permanently Closed

Demolished 1/3/1994, site is now retail and tram infrastructure. Closed 1/3/1994. History: Former small street-corner Tetley house. Known as If Not, Why Not in the 1980s. Compulsory purchased and ASDA / tram line now occupy site. Location approximate. Opening Times magazine March 1994 reported closure due mid-month following CPO. Demolished Spring 1994.
