This Pub is Closed Long Term

News on 8th August 2017 - the pub has apparently closed in the last couple of days. Any information would be gratefully received.

For info (and in case it opens equally unannounced) below is the current description:

A Good Beer Guide regular for many years. Twelve hand pumps dispense an ever changing range of beers and ciders from all over. There is a house beer called 'Crescent Ale' from the nearby Blackjack Brewery. It is a Grade II listed building as are many of those along the Crescent. It consists of three rooms surrounding an island bar as well as a fourth function/event room being available. As well as the normal food hours there is a regular and popular curry night on a Wednesday from 6 to 9. There is also a popular quiz on a Monday evening and Open-Mic on every other Sunday night. The pub also hosts many live music events.
