This is a large, comfortable, country pub with a homely style. Suitable for families. Goacher's ales are dispensed by gravity. Supports the local church and farmers and also holds many fund raising events for local charities. There is a darts board, a pool table and a quiz is held on Tuesday evenings. At the rear there are floodlit petanque pistes and also has darts teams.

Pub closed Mar 2021 after licensee died. (See https://www.dover-kent.com/2015-project/White-House-Hunton.html). Future uncertain and could possibly be converted to housing but no planning permission as yet.
