Named in reference to the local fishing industry in the 1960’s, this busy pub has undergone a makeover in 2015 and benefits from being the only one in the area. Some opening out has taken place to create an extension of the dining facilities and provide a larger lounge area. As a member of the “Hungry Horse” chain, it has a food emphasis which is served all day. There is plenty of smart furnishing and the ‘L’-shaped bar opposite the side entrance has a public bar feel. Bands are a weekend feature.
This Pub serves no changing beers and 1 regular beer.
