Great news: The pub has now reopened after seven years. Michelle and Russell offer a very warm welcome to old and new customers alike! After such a long period of closure, the pub needs supporting once more. Use it or lose it.

Bar snacks, including freshly made cobs, are available.

There was a lengthy community campaign by the villagers of Osgathorpe (as The Osgathorpe Community Pub Ltd) to buy the pub and open it as a community hub, however the previous owner wasn't interested in selling it as a pub. Fortunately he changed his mind when the current owners made him a new offer. The New Storey opened on May 5th and has made a promising start. I hope it continues to be supported by the local community and visitors from further afield as it deserves to flourish. See the community group's website for more details.
