This Pub is Permanently Closed

The iconic KitKat Dance Hall was on this site until it closed in 1986. Sands Nightclub opened on the same site until it closed in 1996 and became O'Rourke's Bar until this closed in 1996. A fire totally destroyed the building in 1998 and it was demolished in 2002.
