This friendly pub is set in a typical Norfolk village. The bar is recently refurbished with new homely decor and furniture. There is an attached conservatory with pool table and a large garden area with picnic table seating. Food on some Friday nights and Sunday lunch by reservation only. Live music some Saturday and Sunday evenings. The pub hosts events such as jam sessions to raise funds for local causes. Opposite is St George's Church, usually open for visitors. Nearby is the six acres of Gooderstone Water Gardens.
