This Pub is Permanently Closed

Currently closed and up for sale. Its future as a pub is very uncertain. Prominent two-bar locals’ pub on a large corner. Built at end of 19th century to serve the nearby East Surrey Barracks, parts of which still stand. Superb large garden is popular with families. Lounge is decorated with pictures of Richmond Park down the years. The plainer public bar is sports oriented with a large screen TV. Quiz Wed night. Pool competition Fri. No food weekends.
